SCC partnered with the CEO of a health plan organization to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive portfolio of strategic initiatives. This involved defining and prioritizing initiatives, overseeing implementation, managing interdependencies, establishing robust governance structures, and deploying supporting tools and resources. SCC also provided mentoring and coaching to leaders responsible for driving these initiatives forward.

Outcome
To guide its transformation developed a comprehensive roadmap focused on strategic expansion, capability development, and operational excellence. This involved expanding existing products, developing innovative new offerings, and investing in key capabilities to support future growth. The roadmap also emphasized enhancing operational efficiencies and strengthening the organization’s expertise in value-based care delivery to maximize positive patient outcomes. This roadmap was presented to the board of directors in phases for approval, securing their buy-in and paving the way for implementation.
