To guide its transformation developed a comprehensive roadmap focused on strategic expansion, capability development, and operational excellence. This involved expanding existing products, developing innovative new offerings, and investing in key capabilities to support future growth. The roadmap also emphasized enhancing operational efficiencies and strengthening the organization’s expertise in value-based care delivery to maximize positive patient outcomes. This roadmap was presented to the board of directors in phases for approval, securing their buy-in and paving the way for implementation.
