(pronounced SEER-sha) is a Gaelic word that means “freedom.” The name is reported as borne out of Irish independence. I choose this name for my consulting business because it reflects my consulting approach and Irish roots. Freedom enables me to adapt my approach depending on client needs and apply my diverse set of skills and experiences.
